Once your banner ships, you'll receive a tracking link (USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location).

  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • International shipping: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email:

  • Check your spam folder first
  • Still can't find it? Reach out through our Help page and include your order number
